The Anchor Mission thrift shop formerly in Rutland was reported to have move to Main Street in Westbank. It has not reopened after a reported flooding.

The Kelowna Pro-Life Society on Sutherland closed its thrift shop due to sale of the premises for redevelopment

The Salvation Army closed its boutique shop on Sutherland in summer 2020.

The IODE shop on Ellis Street closed permanently at the end of May 2020

The SPCA thrift shop closed both thrift shops on Casorso and on Roxby in the recent years for various reasons. The owners have not been able to find new premises and do not plan to reopen.
