New: Sidney Salvation Army

 The Salvation Army opened a thrift shop in Sidney back in March located at 2455 Beacon Avenue.

Closure: Salvation Army Hillside Victoria

 Forgot to log it but the Salvation Army on Hillside @ Quadra closed permanently sometime last year

Highlands United Church, North Vancouver

 New, or at least relatively new to me.  I only learned about this thrift shop last October just before embarking on a long trip away from home.

Located in Edgemont Village (presumably). 

Possibly the only United Church thrift shop in the lower mainland (may still be some in east Vancouver and Burnaby).
