After closing its West Shore thrift shop in Langford 3 years ago, WIN (Women In Need) of Victoria has a sign out at a new premises being prepared for opening in Colwood.
The new shop will be located in the mall close to the Thrifty Foods and CIBC at Colwood Corners.
