I reported going to the Esquimalt SPCA thrift shop a few months ago only to find a pet supplies store where it used to be.
It appears that the store has relocated nearby, at 1497 Admirals Road near the Thrifty Foods, under new management.

Victoria: St. Matthias Anglican Church sale - 28 July 2018
St. Matthias Recycle Saturday and Attic Treasures Sale: July 28 from 9 - 1 a.m.
located at 600 Richmond Avenue with entrance and parking off Richardson in
Fairfield/Rockland. Attic treasures include: appliances,
electronics, speakers, wool, hats, toys, china, kitchenware, silver, vintage
step stool, ladder, office chair, two-way closing rack and more. New items
received each month. Books for sale at $1, $2, & $3, including large print
books. Free items as well.
Recycling on the parking lot with a bottle
drive which raises funds for Threshold
Housing. Please bring your bottles and
cans (wine, beer, cider, pop, water and juice) and clean plastic containers,
bottles, and bags, plus styrofoam food containers and packing material to be
sorted on site. All sizes are accepted. Proceeds go to support life-skills
training for youth in residence at Threshold Housing http://thresholdhousing.ca.
